What to expect
A relaxed space to explore meaningful psychological topics, facilitated by Clinical Psychologist Sivan Hadas.
Interactive 2 hour Sessions with dedicated time for discussions, questions, and personal reflection.
Small group setting of up to 15 people.

This workshop will explore
The idea that we all have a narcissistic part—what it is and why it exists
How this part interacts with the rest of our inner world
Narcissistic core beliefs and ways to identify and question false narratives.
The healthy and the harmful elements of hierarchy, power and control.
How to identify toxic controlling behaviours
Boundaries—and what might get in the way of setting them
The healing power of truth and belonging.
